Along with normal duties one is expected to "keep up with the Jonses" on relevant advances. Constant change can be a stressor. - DEI is lacking. They put in a good effort in this area, but maybe the fact that effort is required is problematic. It should not be difficult to be diverse, equitable nor inclusive.
