We also have all folks across the organisation attending Behaviours of Inclusion and Actions of Inclusion training to be informed to build and maintain an inclusive environment surrounding DEI. We will not tolerate any slander or gossip within the organisation and will do all we can to mitigate this in the future through better trainings for managers and employees around leadership, allyship, and professional development.
