Thank you for leaving this review, and first we want to apologize for the negative experience you had while at Datadog. This is not the culture we strive to create across the company. We want to empower employees to excel and succeed, which is why we invest heavily in the professional development of our people. But trust and transparency is something we take very seriously with our leadership team, and we will share these concerns with our People Business Partners to ensure this behaviour does not continue. We're growing at a rapid rate, which does mean we set high expectations and goals for KPIs and quotas to keep up with that scale, but our processes are something we continue to revisit to ensure they scale alongside us. We did want to share a few of the actions we've taken within the department, based on employee feedback in the last year, that we hope to build and scale to solve for some of these pain points you mentioned: We've put a large focus on strengthening employee tools, support, recognition & empowerment; held career pathing conversations with leadership to further educate everyone on the organizations' career pathing; introduced weekly shout outs across Sales to promote positive behaviours and the great work achieved; and also launched the quarterly Golden Paws Recognition Awards to recognize top performers and team players. Know that your feedback has been heard, and we will ensure these topics continue to be addressed through solutions such as these so we can continue to improve, learn, and grow as an organization.
