Sales Structure is very tight as well, keeping you and your forecast honest. Great office culture, benefits is also another level.

Previously Datadog hired a lot of fresh AEs for the commercial team 3-4 years ago, hence base pay was slightly at the lower end. Times have changed of course, new hires are more selective hence more competitive pay. The biggest cons which like any other aggressive sales teams is that its all about numbers, PG is your bloodline, where you are held accountable for everything. Its a pretty technical product, hence for some it could be a steep learning curve if you're new in tech.
