- Initial salary is very good - Lots of benefits, like: child-care support, profits distribuition, 6 free days by year (besides vacation) - Organized enviroment, with their own development process, based on RUP

Minpunten

- Most technologies used are not the newest ones - The support tools used aren't good, it is used a suite of tools not well known in the market - Career ascension is not easy, and takes a long time

They have a very supportive HR team Good benefits and a reasonable salary Be part of teams contributing to Brazilian social security data management Great work environment Excellent work balance

Depending on the project they usually use old tech stack Management is not really good, they are starting to be more agile, but that depends on the project manager of the project, there is no alignment on the whole company Feedbacks are not so frequent It's not a company that uses a modern tech stack, and there is some bureaucracy to change that.
