Minimal meaningful collaboration. Toxic work environment Lack of followed processes, accountability, and management made all departments' jobs harder on a regular basis No communication on finances - bonuses, raises, and appraisals were always late or last minute Employees were consistently promoted to positions who did not have the proper qualifications or experience. Internal promotion is not a bad thing when the employee is qualified - however this was not usually the case.
