Pluspunten
Flexible hybrid/WFH and in-office was really helpful to manage the workloads. Felt supported at different times and like there was a genuine effort to improve company culture and lives of employees.
Minpunten
All the pros went out the window when faced with economic downturns and supporting employees turned to driving them to exhaustion and overwork burnout. Despite still in a hybrid approach felt increasing pressure to go back into the office without much reason or incentive to do so. Unclear expectations and inexperienced management. Complacency and a surprising lack of tech understanding and competency for a tech company.
