My experience at Dataswyft (rebranded from Dataswift) has been nothing short of disheartening and detrimental to my mental health. The work environment is toxic, with a pervasive blaming culture that stifles growth and well-being. A senior software engineer exemplifies this toxicity, frequently tagging employees in public chats for perceived bugs that, upon further investigation, often turn out to be non-issues. This public shaming is not only unprofessional but also demoralizing. What’s even more egregious is the double standard. While this individual is quick to highlight others' mistakes, they go to great lengths to brush their own issues under the rug. They use private channels and other tactics to avoid accountability, often trying to portray themselves as a hero in the process. This behavior is emblematic of the "10x developer syndrome," where an inflated sense of self-importance leads to a lack of teamwork and a focus on self-aggrandizement rather than collective success. The lack of constructive feedback, mentorship, and clear standards has made it difficult to meet expectations, despite my efforts to grow. The absence of recognition for my progress, including no raise after my first year where I showed demonstrable growth, has been disheartening. The mental health impact of this environment has been severe, leading to feelings of depression and a loss of motivation. Potential employees should be aware of the toxic dynamics, lack of accountability, and absence of professional development opportunities at this company. If you value your mental health and career growth, I would strongly advise against joining Dataswyft.

Indefinitely withholding salary unlawfully at the end of the month. Expects employees to continue working for months without pay. Doesn't care about its employee's livelihood. No medical or other types of employee benefits. No clarity of product. Product doesn't have customers. CEO cannot explain the product properly. CEO intervenes into every department and attempts takeover. Poor management overall.
