Datavid's commitment to helping its employees develop their career is fantastic. The founding team is passionate about helping customers succeed in their projects, and they pass that on the individual teams — both technical and strategic (like my field). In total, I've worked with Datavid for 1 year and a half, first as an external consultant and then as an internal marketer. I've had the great opportunity to grow into a leadership role thanks to Datavid's fast growth, no doubt fueled by the quality and success rate of previous work the company has done for large global enterprises. I'm thankful to everyone in the company for sharing their knowledge and I can't stress enough what a great workplace Datavid is, absolutely recommended!
Minpunten
Being a fully-remote workplace, it's a bit hard to engage with people from different teams. Datavid does offer the opportunity to meet in person twice a year, which is great. And the company is working towards bringing people together, so I can already see this improving a lot in 2023!
