Minpunten
- Strict vacation policy per level. Increase after 3 years. - Large gap between older and younger employee skills. Younger employees are software savvy but older staff managing does not have the knowledge to guide/manage the project files. - AutoCAD for some larger sized projects that should be in Revit, slowing overall production rate. - Little to no company standards when it comes to modeling/annotations. Little to no CAD Block or Revit family Library for workflow.
