Plenty of bars around where you can drown the excitement of working for the world leader of whatever. Everything you need to know, do and think will be thoroughly micromanaged on all levels - save your initiative and critical thinking for after-work activities! Overall positive experience - anywhere you'll work after a few months at Dayuse will be a better workplace

No vision, strategy or company culture, and no efforts to create any. Mediocre mid-level supervisors unable to provide guidance or create room for professional growth. Condescending and disrespectful attitude of the "top management". Management by fear and no trust in the employees. The frustration of seeing a 10-year-old 'start-up' so badly organised : Dayuse could be twice as big today if the company wasn't constantly sabotaged by poor management.
