The focus here isn’t on checking boxes, it’s on driving real results for our customers. We’re trusted to lead, experiment, and get creative. Leadership is accessible and listens. I’ve had direct input into process changes that were actually implemented. And wins are celebrated often, both big and small. The pace is fast, but so is the reward.

There’s a learning curve if you come from a more traditional success org. You’re expected to move quickly and take initiative, which is great for some but not all.

• Do not be misled by appearances. This place runs on deception from the ground up. • Leadership is misguided at best and outright incompetent and indifferent at worst. • Training is almost nonexistent, leaving new hires to struggle blindly with little to no direction and forced to figure everything out alone. • The sales culture relentlessly prioritizes numbers over integrity, creating a deeply unethical atmosphere. • I frequently felt uneasy about how customers were handled and what was being communicated to them. • If you take your work seriously, this is absolutely not the place for you.
