Pluspunten
The UX and developer teams were young but good to work with and willing to learn. We had a good working relationship. I enjoyed mentoring them.
Also enjoyed working with the client teams who loved my work.
Minpunten
- The CEO is unscrupulous and unprofessional in his dealings with employees. He is not on top of things, and when that causes him issues, he blames it on his staff.
- He misses payments to employees and ignores multiple follow up requests. When he finally responds he blames you for giving him extra work to do. This is a very big red flag.
- He will also change and limit your hours each week without any explanation or discussion, even when the project was ramping up to meet tight deadlines.
- Overall, not an effective (or moral) person to work for unless you like drama in your professional life.
