I enjoy the fact that Roni Kabessa shows me my tangible impact on the company, it makes all the work I put in feel very satisfying. Beyond that, DCI is generally great to work for - the work is flexible, pay is great, and the people are first class. Highly recommend.

My commute is something that I didn't like overall, but of course this is irrelevant here.

The work is fast paced and exciting. The product line is fun, interesting and appealing. You will have an opportunity to create new things and work with large, national brand name accounts.You will gain experience quickly.

There is a very fast turnover in all departments of the company. This high turnover rate means that there is very little continuity and poor employee training. The company suffers from poor communication and a lack of understanding of the challenges that this turnover creates. The company tries to operate at a level that is not consistent with its strengths and it continuously backfires. The owners of the company micro-manage each department to a level where employees are unable or unwilling to make important and timely decisions for fear of making the wrong decisions and being publicly chastised for their actions. The atmosphere can feel hostile and negative. Meetings and reviews can be particularly harsh and critical.
