Minpunten

The management team is still stuck in the past, thinking that DeepL is the best AI tool out there. But many others are doing as well or better. Why? DeepL only offers translation services, and does so extremely well, but today, this advantage is not as obvious.and the big cost make the tool not attractive to many companies. Either not renewing or decreasing the number of users. The Agentic switch is also taking too long and it does not look like the company is ahead. Not looking good

Geweldige samenwerking en teamomgeving. Iedereen is zo open en vriendelijk en bereid om een handje te helpen. Leuke en boeiende cultuur.

Minpunten

Werken voor een Europees bedrijf vergt enige aanpassing qua tijdsverschillen en werkstijlen, maar het is gemakkelijk om te navigeren.

Based on reviews, the company is up and coming and seems to have potential. People are really down to earth and seem to have fun...some times too much fun!

Lots of layers of leadership Can't trust HR - don't listen to all sides So many people from Twillio, the company should be called DeepL-Twillio
