      Where to begin, let's start with great leadership. Their founder/CEO is a talented guy with a vision. He is very hands-on in the best ways and sets the tone for a healthy, progressive atmosphere. They offer lots of support to advance your skill-set, education, and career in general. The comp and benes are strong and the staff consists of a lot of bright, talented people who have been very friendly and helpful during my time here. Almost their entire current clientele, I am confident this company will grow, the future is bright here.

      The only POTENTIAL downside is that the majority of employees are 100% remote meaning you have no in-person interaction for what its worth.

And this is aside from the professional development budget and time that everyone is encourage to take full advantage of. - They take work-life balance seriously and care for the well-being of their employees from being flexible about remote work (and becoming remote first post covid) and providing paid parental leave in addition to the basic benefits. - You work with a really diverse and intellectual team of people - They take their core values seriously and all employees exhibit these values: seek to understand, humility, curiosity and succeeding together

      Not really a con, but it's consulting work so you roll on and off projects and sometimes may not have much of a choice in type of project - but even then they make sure you are happy with the work and find ways to accommodate your career growth plans
