      "just few employees"--- everyone can visit Delgence and find out...we have about 35 working developers in India office...above 15 in Netherlands..may be that's a "few" if you are comparing to IBM yes..we are small "Stop playing with the life of so many employees"-- now again you mention "so many employees"....now what should i believe few employees or so many employees i sense personal vengeance against us... so we find it needless to rebut against such unprofessional reviews... it is great to know you dont recommend us....neither do we recommend someone with such poor ethics....       very friendly atmosphere, no boss hierarchy, lot of new things to learn new things. The team leaders are very friendly and the management gives you opportunity to speak on everything..overall i had a good experience

      As a small organisation, some disturbance in client payments affects salary dates... but mostly covered by the company. Other than than that not much. yes normal politics and strong action on bad performing employees are everywhere so, noting specal

      It was something special like a family, the team was very good. Great bonding among team members. The Ceo was like a father figure. Sad to see some posts really speaking bad about him. As i know he never took a single penny as salary. There was a time when i needed my salary in mid of the month. He paid that from his own pocket. Dont know how some people are ungrateful.
