Pluspunten
I worked for Deliverect for a few months and left to pursue a different opportunity. Overall I had a good experience, my team mates were so nice and my boss was even nicer. Clients for the most part were nice to me, I enjoyed using slack and felt I was allowed to just get on with the job which was good. They once sent me a nice care package which I like - coffee. I did think there were too many meetings however they did seem to lead to some good actions being taken.
Minpunten
15 days annual leave wasn't great so that was a factor in why I decided to leave. I also thought the knowledge base could be improved but the training provided by Europe was great. I wasn't overall confident in the job security which is another reason why I left. I was a bit sad leaving but after I left there were layoffs so maybe best I left.
