Not to mention the pressure to achieve unrealistic targets. The conduct of the leadership conveyed the impression of a close-minded group that appeared indifferent to the welfare of the employees. The company seemed to follow a "Hire Fast, Fire Faster" approach, resulting in a numerous employees being dismissed.
