Family run company can make for some odd days. Wage feels a bit underwhelming for the amount of work given other comparable offerings. Doesn't feel like there are a lot of advancement opportunities. Benefits package is weak.

Management seemed to prioritize engineering over other departments and meetings were frequently rescheduled or cancelled without warning.
Lack of clear communication project expectations and feedback on performance. Projects would be started and then get put on the back burner with few being completed.
No PTO for the first year. Lack of completed projects and formal performance reviews lead to very few opportunities for performance-based raises or title bumps.
