      It can be a good place if you are looking for money. Diverse nationalities to work with. You might get lucky and travel to exotic places.

      Minpunten

      From the outside the company looks glamourous. However, once you step in, you can easily spot the rotten Catalan culture and bad management. Things get highly political especially at senior levels: It is closer to a family business than the professional international firm image Delta is trying to draw. The senior management is not aligned on core objectives and doesn't seem to have clear visibility. Partners desperately oversell projects without caring about the work-life balance of the consultants. Most of employees are not satisfied and looking for the next thing, making Delta a transit company. Moreover, everyone inside Delta would tell you most of the positive reviews are fake and produced from within.

      Dear contributor, thank you for your personal note. We regret that you have such a negative outlook of Delta Partners and that your own experience is reflected in this way. We do encourage both current colleagues and ex-colleague to give an honest opinion of their experience in the company and we must accept the good, the bad and the ugly as constructive. We do constantly strive to improve the workplace and work-life balance of our employees, as well as the management of staff exiting the company.

      1. Delta redefined what Good Looks Likes to me. At Delta, I met some of the best consulting minds I have met in my career. Delta really pushes the thinking, more so than other companies. Delta take on some really challenging business projects. They are the best I have seen at data analytics. 2. Delta pay very well and are happy to pay large performance bonuses for those who deliver to a high bar. And, the bar is high.

      Minpunten

      We all worked very hard. The work was very rewarding, but there was a lot to get done and quality expectations were high. Don't go there if you are looking to cruise in your career, it's not going to happen. They have roots in Middle East consulting, which is a region known for its long hours of work for management consultants. This is a feature, not a bug
