Great work-life balance! Deltacron encourages its employees to work within office hours; hence, when you go back home, you are relaxed. You are encouraged to work at your pace. The company can introduce a hybrid mode of work though. The environment is good and the colleagues are friendly. The company focuses on research and constant learning which helped me to grow professionally. The constant mentorship that I get from highly skilled professionals is undoubtedly the best thing I got so far! Loved my work experience here!

Overall my experience is very good but I want to add something here, HR needs to work on the perks and benefits it is providing to the employees. There are absolutely no more cons!

When I applied for the job I wasn't really looking to pursue the path of content writing because I was more interested in doing UX UI but I was still in the process of getting my certification. I communicated this to the employees and they were more than willing to help me with my journey while working as a content specialist. I didn't really think I would enjoy the content specialist job but I was wrong, I have learned a lot of new things and have worked with international products which have helped me a lot with my content writing skills. It had a learning curve but everyone helped me whenever I was having any kind of difficulty.
