They test you at the start by pushing your limits but once you prove your mettle, its pretty chill

They will show gratitude in front of you but will not support you in front of higher management at the time of increment and other issues. - Three months notice period. It doesn't matter if you have any work or not. They will stretch your notice period for 3 months. - No outdoor activity. No Bonus. No Diwali. - They deducted 95% of the employee bonus giving illogical reasons. - Only 12 CL and 6 sick leaves. No Eid holiday, reason : no Muslim employee is in the company. This was very rude. - HR will never show you company policy and cut your salary on the basis of it. But any rule can be implemented stating "Company Policy".
