      Finding a job in the time of a pandemic is stressful, but I was fortunate that I had the most seamless recruitment experience at Deltek! My recruiter was very helpful, professional and provided all the necessary details. My onboarding and on the job training was also excellent! My manager and teammates are very supportive and I could say that this is the best onboarding experience that I have so far compared to previous companies that I've worked with (considering that we are in the middle of a pandemic). I could say that I am really #HappyAtDeltek

      Good culture and supportive coworkers One thing that stands out is that employees repeatedly talk about the people being collaborative and easy to work with. For CSM teams especially, there are comments about low internal drama and strong teamwork.
