There are really great people working hard in this company who are extremely dedicated but unfortunately following direction from a senior leader as stable as crazed Yoseamite Sam. The product is okay, but functionality is rudimentary.

Minpunten

Most employees and channel partners agree that the senior leader (BH) is out of control and has zero long term vision. Most people that work for DMI dread meeting him in any capacity, even casual ones, because of the Presidents lack of professional couth - frankly, he’s a pig.

Used to be a good place to work, hard to find any current positive things to say about it.

Management seems to be making employee hostile moves that make no sense to the people who work there. They've fired (for no cause) multiple decade veterans of the company to "reallocate resources", and then immediately afterward are making plans for an expensive and totally unnecessary and wasteful office redesign.
