As stated in the title Extremely high pressure due to poor senior management. (that being said I would like to point out that when I joined it was a the system was brilliant and I actually used to look forward to come to office and work. But in the span of about 4 and a half years, this went to a completely opposite direction). Following are a few other cons: Regular extended shifts of 11 to 12 hours. No over time. Regular delays in salary. Barely any recognition of your hard work. Culture of high negative politics and favoritism. Resources are forced to work on both, US and Indian holidays.

Good Incentives or we can say incentives are best in the market. The DG and HQL departments are good and one can develop an excellent career working in these departments. Process is getting streamlined day by day. Always coming up with new incentive patterns and attractive kickers.

Minpunten

Shift Extension S**ks. Management is more concerned about the business rather than its employees. No allowances given for shift extensions. Forced to work on US holidays as well. No wonder you people are having lot of business in line but that doesn't mean you'll pressurize your resources for that, hire some extra resources for getting that work done instead of pressurizing the level 6 resources.No growth oppurtunities for the next 3 years in this organisation if you join as a fresher. And HRs please stop bluffing freshers by showing them attractive CTC's(salary packages) instead tell them directly what will be their in hand true salary, that will really help a lot. And its a humble request please stop firing people without any prior notice even those people have families to look after.
