Minpunten

Absolutely incompetent leaders who save themselves and each other by trampling in the good people who do the work. The new marketing leadership team is basically The View. They run old playbooks that don't work and will all be replaced in a year or two.

I love this place so much, best company I have ever worked for in my sales career. You are able to be truly heard, no matter what level of tenure you are speaking to. It is remarkable how a corporate company of this size is able to operate in such a human way. I really love it here and have zero plans on leaving.

Minpunten

Our onboarding/training program is really lacking. If you are not a true self-starter and proactive to find the answers and learn the job mostly on your own or leaning on others, you will likely not succeed. I fortunately did not have this issue but it has been an issue for some.
