Pluspunten

Co-workers, benefits, and the flexibility of the company are all pros for Demandforce. The company is still small-ish so you really get to work with a lot of more senior professionals such as BD, Directors, and Executives. Having Intuit as a parent company is great.

Minpunten

Sometimes achievements are overlooked. The company is a sales-driven organization, and sometimes other teams can be overlooked. The overall maturity level of the team can prove immature at times, and focus of some individuals can be lacking.

I always say that your company and your role need to provide 1 of 3 things in order for it to make sense for your career. 1. Opportunity to earn more money. 2. Opportunity to learn something new. 3. Opportunity to gain a new title/promotion. In my 12 years with Demandforce the company has always been able to provide at least one of this things.

Minpunten

With no stocks, equity, or profit sharing it is hard to see Demandforce as a company you could be at for the entirety of your career and still be able to set yourself up for retirement.
