The most rewarding part of my job here at Denefits is that management looks at everyone like family. They will put our needs above everything to ensure everyone is happy. With a growing company, there is constant change as it is a very unique company. This is not your typical corporate job where you only show up to clock in and clock out after your 8-hour shift. If that is what you are looking for then this is not for you. Be prepared to take on responsibility and engage with highly intelligent people and the CEO and creators of the company. They want to hear your ideas, suggestions, and anything that will make your day on the job more productive. Management is always open to CONSTRUCTIVE critism.

No Cons. Literally, the only con may have been No Dental but that has been taken care of as management heard the team and took care of it. AS ALWAYS!
