very difficult to say, you're lucky if you have a great team

- christmas bonus is a $200 gift card to limited vendors (dont expect a cash bonus like at other national firms) - weak culture, a bit cheap - no notable social events compared to other national firms. very generic - firm prides that they are global, but internally disappointing being an employee - way behind in technology, firms are moving onto better innovative technology. Dentons just moving into softwares that other firms have moved on from. To date, using Elite moving to 3E - while other firms have moved on from 3E. - lots of manual processes that could be put in softwares more efficient like at other national firms

Everybody there cared about working together, no ambushing, The pay was great, hours and workload manageable, I loved this firm and would go back in a heartbeat! Shout out to IT and the Assistants - their cooperation is on the next level of the "united means success" the firm enjoys.

Minpunten

I didn't experience or hear about any in my 5 months there, and I was on-site 4-5 days a week. I only left because I needed to care for my Covid-stricken only child.
