Pluspunten
Supportive managers to their best ability, decent working conditions, usually a pleasant team.
Minpunten
While managers are supportive, they're newer to this company and dont have enough legacy experience to give the support needed and often point to someone who might have it.
Lack of clear direction. On boarding is very shaky at best, leaving new employees often confused on a daily basis as to what they're doing in general lat alone the countless tasks they get thrown on their lap while experienced company employees and even upper management always assume you should know the answer or expect you to know whats going on with almost zero proper company training or direction. Its not to say this is a bad place, because it isn't.
But there are many, many fast moving parts, situations, tasks, and so on thst arent given any clear direction and new project managers, and even experienced are left swimming in a sea of confusion and uncertainty to how to do their job let alone what they're supposed to be doing specifically.
The Dental insurance (delta dental), isn't that good. Health insurance (umr - united) is just, "okay". The cost of the health insurance with Derse, at $204 per paycheck which is $408/month, is insanely higher than other companies in my experience. They do have a wellness program that if completed, will cut it in half (as of now) but even with that, it's still costs a little higher than others while the coverage isn't as good.
