they provide some great training and make it seem like you will make a ton of money in sales right out of the gate.

Minpunten

Not what they say it is at all. you are paid based on commission only, which the commission rate changes constantly and the products are very overpriced. recruiting tactics are deceitful and you will be fired once they tap into your networks for business

Great education on products, lots of free supplements

Reduced base pay substantially from when I started at the company. Left due to drastic reduction in pay when company forced sales associates to become employees rather than than independent contractors. Base pay went from 10k per month to down to 5k.
