In short, this is a good place for newcomers to the landscape industry to gain experience and knowledge.
Minpunten
This company may suffer from not knowing where it wants to go. For most positions, there is little to no upward mobility. Assistant Designers face difficulties moving into full designer positions, and Account Managers in their Maintenance Department have very little incentive for upwards growth or increased sales.
