Pluspunten

-Casual Fridays were chill unless you had a lot of work to do, drinks passed around to everyone -Some nice coworkers if you have managed to get to know anyone with your precious little downtime -Good for honing more business Japanese language skills

Minpunten

-Very low pay (lower than required for acquiring a visa status; not sure how they get it), doesn't at all reflect the cost of your skills -Toxic environment. Immediate supervisors and some coworkers were always negative about something and gossipping, boss always gone (office manager didn't know about my existence until the day I resigned), doublespeak about encouraging us to leave "on time" but then were belittling if you didn't finish your massive workload every day -When demanding and insulting clients disrespect you, the supervisors don't really have your back or respect you as a human being -Training period consisted of staring at a computer screen for two days and then being thrown into the job expected to do it without mistakes -Paid time off days were insultingly scarce and hardly rewarded even after years of loyalty -I had noticed the smoking groups of employees frequently took smoke breaks whereas many of the remaining employees hardly moved from their desks and were often at work after hours
