- People are polite, understanding and amazing, especially the HR - Salary is good - work environment is not stressful - Flexible working hours - the team always support, and make sure that I feel comfortable and have a work life balance

- every cut off, I had to file / email billing like working hours, my hourly rate and do calculations which adds to my responsibilities, which is not a big deal but at sometimes I get a bit annoyed because, at times I have work to finish but also deadline to submit the report.

Company is great! People are approachable, especially the HR team! The whole management team are super awesome!

As with other outsourcing companies, they can't control the decisions made by the clients. It is what it is. Also the invoices, you have to create it yourself. Prone to errors even if you already have your custom formatting and setup.
