Most of the staff is clueless to run a start rocket ship like Devo. People are backstabbed by their own managers and CEO wants to run 400 people company like IBM. HE brings his IBMness and autocratic way of doing things. I am amazed how investors are still investing in this cultureless, unethical business. False promises for compensation, benefits, and promotions. People are abused by sales managers yet this is acceptable norm by CEO , truley pathetic Organization.
