The only pro was a few people that I met and the friendships that came with them. My manager was amazing, I don't know how she put up with the nonsense.

Minpunten

Micromanaging. If your calls are too quick, they will penalize you. If the calls are too long they will penelize you. Some calls will go by quicker than pthers. They will constantly pull the short calls trying to find anything at all to critisize you on. If they cant find one, they will listen to every call until they do. Traingin is quick and you are not preparted for the job once taking calls. Questions hardly get answered in Chat and when they do answer they answer with a question such as "did you use your helper tool?" and then wonder why calls sometimes take too long. You cap out before you even hit 10.00 and hour and can not make more. Almost impossible to advance with the company. In a month we were taking over 300,000 calls.
