As you must have always been funneled that corporate culture will be something you need to get used to, get used to those degraded politics , Getting used to the demotivation your manager would take you through if he’s in some tensed situation, Keeping an eye on you for a smallest thing or may be micromanage is the right word, exploiting you by making a culture to work till late at a level which eventually starts effecting your mental peace inspite of your 100% efficiency, - To me all this was a heard piece of nonsense but after working here I Realized all of them holds true, Absolutely true! The mentors here lack Maturity, knowledge, Most importantly they don’t know to handle pressures. They will all the time keep you under heaviness. Well, Steve Jobs is Steve Jobs! If you want to be like him, then follow some ethics, treat your employees well. Freshers like us are your military who will take your company to the next level! We come here to explore the corporate world, Don’t spoil the corporate culture soo much that people will really think 10 times to join any startup!

- Surviving only because they managed to sustain in the market for 10 years and this point is used in every discussion with employees

- Did you interview, got selected, kept on hold and never heard back, yeah thats digichefs for you - Don't misunderstand digichefs in a good way for work only because it is ranking on top in google, many have suffered because of this trap - Founders take all major decisions and no suggestions/recommendations are heard/accepted - Always underpay the employees - Internally struggling to keep up - No/less learning opportunity - Unnecessary pressure & tasks - Value for only client & not employees - Founders lack vision & hence the company is not growing - Major good clients doesn't exist anymore, there's no growth - Clients are being lied about alot of services & later team suffers - 90% positive google reviews are written by their own employees - Internal team disputes/complaints/unnecessary trauma of handling utter non sense behaviour of other team members on an open floor - Be aware of the "Performance Bonus", the KPI's set for it are illogical and non sense. Deny any cut from your salary in the same of receiving it in 1 year, its a trap that no one talks about.
