They stress having no hierarchy and it is shown through the founder's ability to consider and execute everyone's ideas no matter your title. This is the kind of company that young people are looking for, especially when it comes to trust and responsibility. This company challenges you with the level of responsibility you are given, compared to other slow, boring, repetitive jobs.

This is a start-up, so you have to jump into the role with this mindset. This is definitely not for everyone.
