Found no pros as such except weekend off that too because employees will not ask for salary on weekends.

Employees are blamed for everything 6. Lot of political atmosphere 7. Management always tell that how much the company suffers, and blames everything on the employees. 8. Management expects you to work on multiple platforms, without any salary hike 9. Those who lick the feels of the CEO is a very good employee.
