Pluspunten
DA provides its people with lots of autonomy in their work and also opportunity to grow. They are also quite the people organization. The people are really great to work around with and who make this place great. Quite a bit of restructuring happening now which is expected to address the issues raised from the ground, which looks quite promising!
Minpunten
There isn't much of a con working in DA except that I personally prefer and am used to having weekly team huddles as a way to kickstart the week and help keep everyone aligned and this isn't a practice at my location. Also you have to be very self driven and directed as you will mostly be left alone to do what you have to do. It can be great if you enjoy that freedom and trust the company gives you at work but also very unnerving and challenging if you are very new to the field.
