The biggest cultural difference I've noticed about DLP is that all employees are treated as equal. The typical multi-tiered management structure doesn't really exist. We have people in team lead and leadership roles, but anyone is always there to help and everyone is down to earth. Days can vary based upon lead volume but for the most part, we're working as a team to help our dealerships and make money in the process. Management is awesome! They know the industry, business and have open-doors ready to help.

No real cons. We are a growing company so some changes come with that but everything is communicated clearly and the team has input.
