Being strictly remote, there are times where you have to figure it out yourself because communication can definitely be difficult (not often but sometimes) when everyone works from home. There's also not really much training - it's almost like trial by fire and things tend to move quickly being that it's a small company that is trying to grow. So if that isn't appealing to you then this probably isn't the right fit.
