Bonus program is not worth the effort No career advancement New middle management positions are given to family or friends Decisions are based on opinions and feelings instead of market research, facts or expert advice Most of the people here are suffering from Dunning-Kruger effect Everything is happy and everything is fine: Management encourages idiocy and mistakes

Laidback working environment. WFH, if you are into that.

One rotten apple will take down the entire team's moral. Be careful not to out perform anyone. You will be singled out for your performance. I know it's weird.

Remote work, decent salary, ok connections.

Minpunten

They string you along for months until offering you a position. I waited 6 months from my initial interview before being onboarded. Come to find the salary was no where near close to what I was initially offered. The company who was contracting them spoke poorly about their management and spending. Do not waste your time with this absolute joke of a company.
