No pros. Management doesn't respect employees. Employees are all seen as 100% disposable. You are never safe here, you will not be valued here, you will not be respected here, you will not be treated like a person here. No one cares about you at Digitech. If you make one mistake, then your fired. Management doesn't want to help you and doesn't care if you do a good job or not. This is not a good company.
Minpunten
Everything is a con here. Management expects you to give your life to Digitech for $19-$20 per hour. It's like barly a living wage anymore. The culture is so bad, full of fear and rampant disrespect from leaders. Ity really seems like the owners like it this way. There is no opportunity for advancement because anyone with a brain leaves pretty soon.
