Pluspunten
The pay is good. Working with the customers is fun. Basically being independent is good! The managers are okay they don't really do much with the employees. The sales goal can get tricky and hard sometimes but I've done really well and that was my main concern about going to work at dillards. The discount is good! The dress code isn't too bad it helps keep it professional or at least they try.
Minpunten
Lazy employees basically get to do whatever they want and no manager says anything!! Unnecessary competion in the women's department. Basically the biggest and only con I have with working here is the other employees... If you don't help them out and ring sells for them then they don't like you... They feel threatened and get upset. Not to say everyone is that way but my experience with people I work with is that way they are very immature and rude. And break lots of rules but seems like management doesn't care.
