      Pluspunten

      I enjoy the freedom I have with Direct Hit. The pay of course is not the best in the world. However, you were aware of the pay before you ever took the job. I don't care where you work you will always have weak links in employment. It takes some time to have the vans fixed when we have to take care of any safety issues but, they do the best they can to get them back up and running as quick as possible. I came from UPS and trust me having 25-70 stops is nothing compared to 200-300 stops.

      Thank you very much for your review. It is great to see a balance of thoughts which you have gained through your experience at UPS. As general information, we do provide gift cards and appreciation certificates for those employees receiving compliments from our pick up and delivery customers.       The compensation is poor, management is unsatisfactory, and as a family-owned business, bonuses and rewards are reserved for family members. This results in high turnover, as employees are often mistreated.
