The Employees and sales reps that I worked with were amazing.

Minpunten

Not much training. Get thrown in and expect to know what your doing and do it correctly. If not you'll be snarky emails from the owner in which micro manages at main office. Work flow is not distributed evenly. Owner Lynette doesn't care about her employees only about making money for her company. Hours are 8-5 but half the time you felt you had to work later so your work wouldn't pile up the next day.

Decent pay, average benefits, friendly coworkers. Overtime pay.

Minpunten

Having to work late, not a lot of holidays.

Some really great customer service reps at the main office and make sure the accounts are happy.

Owner has no trust in employees, low base salary, too many changes going on at the same time, micro management by owner at main office
