This company operates under the definition of "legal grey area". If the owner can get away with it, he'll do it. If the customer gets a lawyer involved, he settles before it goes to court. He loves to bully the customers and employees around with the contracts. The CEO only cares about his own bank account. Unless you're on of the few that he deigns worthy, you don't get acknowledged at all. The company has more lawsuits than customers. There is no advancement. The CEO made it quite clear after buying us out that we are hired for the role we're in and that's it. No pay raises, not even cost of living. The bonus structure is a joke. Everyone (except the special few) are expected to be always working because he believes everyone in the company are overpaid. There was a mass exodus last year of long time staff last year and I predict another one this year.
