Clear rules of engagement in communities, including Childsafe child protection training and policies, responsible travel policies and practices and anti-exploitation policies relating to animal interaction. Global discipline structure to provide local teams with global leadership in best practice. Culturally diverse and accepting. Strong intrinsic motivation among the majority of the team.

      Being a subsidiary of a public company, the pace of deployment can be slowed by the necessary processes.
